We are delighted to present Villa Gianna, our stunning newly constructed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the smart Palm Beach neighbourhood close to the beach in Noord, Aruba! The villa and garden are exclusively yours with complete privacy; there are no shared amenities. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The villa and grounds are secluded with off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles at the front of the villa. The villa is accessed via a key lockbox. We will provide you with the entry code at check-in. Car rental is easy and inexpensive; we can happily advise you on rental companies or taxi services.

The larger area is Palm Beach (named after the beach!), a vibrant neighbourhood in Aruba known for its beautiful beach, high-rise resorts and lively atmosphere. ★ PALM BEACH ★ Palm Beach in front of the Marriott hotel, is less than a 5 minute walk from Beach House and is the perfect place to watch the sunset every evening. It is classic Caribbean with white sands lapped by crystal clear blue waters, perfect for relaxing on, swimming in, sunbathing, water sports, and beachfront entertainment. All of Aruba's beaches are public and open to all. ★ EAGLE BEACH ★ When talking of beaches in Aruba, one has to mention Eagle Beach, about 7 minutes drive to the south.
